We are an independent charity affiliated to Relationships Scotland (a membership based Organisation with a National Office in Edinburgh, which is made up of 21 local Services as its members). The word “charity” sometimes causes confusion. It doesn’t mean that we can offer a free service; rather, that we are a non-profit organisation which returns all its income into the services that we provide. It also means that while we charge for some of our services, we offer flexible concessionary rates to individuals or families on a low income - we won’t let fees become an obstacle to helping as many people as we can. Currently, in some local authority areas we cover, we can offer free sessions thanks to central and local authority funding and through the third sector interfaces.
The Organisation:
- faces all the normal overheads of any business,
- only recently invested heavily in a new building in Dundee to improve facilities,
- continuously invests in resources, toys, equipment to improve families’ experiences,
- continuously invests in training and expanding its practitioner-base and workforce to maintain the highest of practice standards.
- While there are great variations between the expenses we incur for the different types of appointments we offer, on average
it costs us around £60 to arrange each appointment.

Generally, payment is due at the time of the ongoing appointments, and cancellation fees may apply. Set up fees are non-refundable.

Payment
We accept bank transfers, cheques, card and cash payments.
