We are an independent charity based in Dundee and Glenrothes, and we are a member of Relationships Scotland, an Organisation based in Edinburgh which is made up of 21 local Services, like us. We:
- face all the normal overheads of any business,
- invest heavily in our premises to continuously improve our facilities,
- continuously invest in resources, toys and equipment to improve families’ experiences,
- continuously invest in training and expanding our practitioner-base and workforce to maintain the highest of practice standards.
The word “charity” sometimes causes confusion. It doesn’t mean that we can offer a free service; rather, that we are a non-profit organisation which returns all its income into the services that we provide. It also means that while we charge for some of our services, we offer flexible concessionary rates to individuals or families on a low income, and wave costs if needed and possible - we won’t let fees become an obstacle to helping as many people as we can.
It costs us around £91 to arrange each appointment for you (this varies from service to service).

Generally, payment is due at the time of the ongoing appointments, and cancellation fees may apply. Set up fees are non-refundable.
Mediation services

Supported Contact Supported Handovers |
£35 per person set up fee £35 per hour if in receipt of Legal Aid. If parents/carers are not legally aided, charges are waived. We request a voluntary contribution. Attendance records can be provided: £50 for a record of up to 6 visits, or £90 if it is for between 7 and 12 visits. |

We accept bank transfers, cheques, card and cash payments.
